Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY FOR THE SPRING SEASON:

Up to and including April 8th - 100% refund of the total registration fee paid minus $35.00 for the admin fee.

Up to and including May 8th - 60% refund of the total registration fee minus $35.00 for the admin fee.

Up to and including June 8th - 30% refund of the total registration fee minus $35.00 for the admin fee.

No refunds will be issued after June 8th.
If you need to withdraw for any reason please be aware of the above cut-off dates and contact the REGISTRAR immediately.

REFUND POLICY FOR THE FALL/WINTER SEASON:
We understand that multiple schedules can be challenging and children change their minds so below are the cut-off dates for our fall refund policy:

​Before Opening Day - 100% refund of the registration fee minus $25.00 for the admin fee.

Before October 15th - 75% refund of the registration fee minus $25.00 for the admin fee.

Before November 15th - 50% refund of the registration fee minus $25.00 for the admin fee.

No refunds will be issued after November 15th.
