SDBA Welcomes Professional Skills Coach Gabriel Gibbs as Technical Director
Former NCAA and professional player, founder of G2 Athletics, to lead player development for South Delta Basketball Association
TSAWWASSEN, BC — The South Delta Basketball Association (SDBA) is thrilled to announce its new partnership with Gabriel “Gabe” Gibbs, founder of G2 Athletics, who joins the organization as Technical Director. Gabe is a former NCAA and professional basketball player and a professional skills coach who has worked with NBA All-Stars.
In his new role, Gabe will lead SDBA’s player-development strategy, technical curriculum and coaching standards. He brings professional-level experience, a proven development philosophy and a genuine commitment to the community.
“Together, we’re building a stronger pathway for every player — from their first experience with the game to the highest levels they aspire to reach,” said Justin Sudds, President of South Delta Basketball Association.
The partnership reflects SDBA’s mission to raise the level of basketball throughout South Delta by giving local athletes and volunteer coaches access to exceptional leadership, modern development systems and a unified program built for long-term success.

Location: Delta Secondary School
Youth players are encouraged to bring a basketball and be ready to work hard, have fun and improve their game.
